Age 55+
For seniors 55 years of age and older, we offer Co-op style living. At Coop I and Coop II - The Lee and Ruth Rothman House, residents enjoy their own private bedroom and bathroom, yet share all other common areas, such as the kitchen and living room. Three evenings a week at Coop I, they come together as a family to enjoy a prepared, homecooked dinner. These buildings are located in the Beverly/Fairfax area of Los Angeles in/and near West Hollywood.

Age 62+
For seniors 62 years of age and older, in addition to our Co-op style senior apartments, we have single and one-bedroom apartments located in the Beverly/Fairfax area of Los Angeles in/and near West Hollywood.

The David and Sylvia Weisz Family Courtyard Apartment, also known as the El Greco, is a historic renovated building where residents enjoy independent living in charming apartments and check in on each other at least once a day. At El Greco, dreams really do come true...right at home!

We also have two bedroom apartments at the Liffman House in Santa Monica, located four blocks from the beach, where two seniors share each apartment. Residents at this buildings share two bedroom apartments but function like an extended family, enjoying their apartment mates while also spending time together in larger groups.

The Schutrum-Piteo Senior Courtyard Apartments in West Hollywood are set up with single and one bedroom apartments with a beautiful courtyard setting where the seniors spend time gathering and sharing their daily activities.
